Measuring HeadsIn conjunction with the tried and tested
Supertracker W.A.S.P wheel hangers, the new
eight Sensor measuring system using CCD
technology. Designed using the latest static type
of transducers and inclinometers. This alignment
system gives greater durability in the harsh
working environment. Also offering lower servicing
costs. The Measuring heads have an integrated
control pad plus built in electronic spirit level.
Operation of the aligner can be carried out with
out the need to continually return to the work
station. The toe-in visual angle is -/+ 20 degrees,
this eliminates the need for electronic turn plates.
Accuracy, heads measure angles with the new
generation sensors to 0.01 of a degree. Battery
continuous working time of ten hours. All these
features allow the operator to carry out alignment
operations in a fast, accurate and profitable way.

(Wheel Alignment Stability Programme)
The new Wheel Frame is manufactured from a one piece
aluminium casting giving greater ridgity, improved accuracy
and will fit wheels from 12” to 24”.
This means the tension built into the suspension system is not
disturbed during the alignment process.

The software can only be altered by approved
service personnel. This eliminates the
ability for anyone to tamper with the
programme.
