Service Co-Ordinator, Hedge End, Southampton

Supertracker are recruiting for a Service Co-Ordinator to join their Service Team in Hedge End, Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team in a period of growth, within a fun, friendly office environment.

Duties to include

  • Being first point of call on the telephone for customers, engineers and salesmen
  • Redirecting calls to the appropriate department
  • Logging repair calls accurately
  • Oversee Pipedrive (CRM system) following up leads and demonstrations arranged with the customer and salesmen
  • Sending quotes for new product sales and integrating these with Pipedrive, and general administration and upkeep on Pipedrive
  • Sending order confirmations to customers once an order for a product has been placed, and then confirming the installation date with the customer by telephone
  • Booking in engineer’s job repairs on the calendar after customer enquiry
  • Raising sales orders for parts and other office duties
  • Various ad hoc administrative duties

  • Able to create positive relationships in the workplace and with clients over the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload
  • A strong ability to take ownership

The ideal candidate

  • will have a service background
  • will have a strong working knowledge of computers and using Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
  • will be proactive, logical and methodical, with a “can-do” attitude and a willingness to learn
  • will have a friendly and approachable attitude
