The Supertracker STR600 3D Aligner offers the latest technology in the market with the Supertracker features, such as Automatic Number Plate Recognition. The aligner can be used in many locations and with no run out compensation required, is quick and simple to use.
With the cameras fixed on the lift, the constant interruption of the transmission signals is eliminated, while any inaccuracies in the lift are compensated for. The mobile measuring heads allow the aligner to be used in various locations, meaning quick checks can be carried out virtually anywhere. Without the need for the crucifix measuring system, the area needed for alignment is reduced which will help those workshops with limited space.
3D targets eliminate the run out function required on other 3D aligner systems, saving time and effort by not having to push and pull heavy vehicles to gather initial readings. The 12” to 24” wheel clamps have no metal to metal contact with the wheels, meaning rim damage is eliminated. The 3D targets are electronic free so there is no requirement for any maintenance.
Readings are obtained by the heads seeing the position of the 3D targets clamped on the on wheels. Incorporated in the measuring heads are a touch pads allowing the aligner to be operated away from the main console. LED displays guide the technician to the direction where adjustments are required, and displays battery status information. Although they have an approximate 8 hour run time, the batteries themselves are detachable so additional batteries can be charged while the aligner is in use, reducing down time.
The User Friendly software has been developed to meet today's requirements. Installed on a windows based operating system, it's reliable and easy to navigate. Colour print out has graphic display of the wheel positions with 'before' and 'after' readings. It also has the ability to store twenty thousand customer records and updates are available all year round rather than yearly. The program also supports a 3D animated 'adjustment help' screen.
Using the Shoot and Go function, the aligner is able to automatically pull up vehicle geometry specifications by reading the number plate through a camera. The data is obtained in as little as 5 seconds, saving time by avoiding the traditional method of searching for a particular model and also means you will always have the latest vehicle data. This function can also be used in conjunction with Aligner Connect, which allows you to view readings and operate the aligner through your smart phone or tablet.
