Supertracker Customer Upgrades to Brand-New COMPACT System After 14 Years with CCD Aligner

We’re always delighted to welcome familiar faces back to Supertracker, especially when they return after many years of loyal service with one of our systems. The recent launch of our new COMPACT range has done just that, reconnecting us with long-standing customers who first invested in Supertracker technology over a decade ago.

One such customer is Autofix, who approached us looking to upgrade their long-serving Supertracker CCD aligner after an impressive 14 years of daily use. Having explored other options on the market, Autofix ultimately chose to stay with Supertracker, selecting the latest COMPACT system for its in-hand tablet control, streamlined design, affordable price point, and familiar, user-friendly interface which they trusted for years in their previous machine.

For us, seeing our happy long-term customers return to us is one of the most rewarding aspects of introducing new technology: knowing that customers who relied on our earlier systems still trust us to support their businesses today.
