ADAS CCD Compatibility Kit for Seamless Calibration Integration

The ADAS CCD compatibility kit allows the positioning of the CCD sensors on any ADAS calibration structure by means of universal adapters and through a simple software added to the wheel alignment software, which create a framework for ADAS calibrations.

Recognising the close relationship between wheel alignment and ADAS calibration, Supertracker has introduced an ADAS compatibility upgrade for its STR130 6 sensor and STR420 8 sensor computerised CCD alignment systems. Importantly, this upgrade does not replace or replicate dedicated ADAS calibration equipment. Workshops will still need to invest in the appropriate ADAS calibration frames, targets, and diagnostic tools required to carry out manufacturer-approved calibration procedures.

Instead, the Supertracker upgrade provides the framework to allow ADAS calibration to be set up accurately using the existing wheel alignment system in place.

The upgrade kit consists of:
• A precision-engineered bracket that allows the ADAS calibration bar to mount directly to the front measuring heads
• An ADAS software add-on that creates a straight, verified framework using the aligner’s geometry data

This enables technicians to use the accuracy of the computerised alignment system to establish a true centreline and ensure the ADAS calibration frame is positioned correctly relative to the vehicle.

By integrating ADAS setup capability into its aligners, Supertracker allows workshops to:
